Adding and removing agents

Invite someone from Admin → Team. Adding an agent inside your plan's seat allowance costs nothing extra — the price is per brokerage, not per seat. When someone leaves, deactivate them rather than deleting: their seat frees immediately, and every call, text, email and note they made stays on the contact. Deactivating also lets you hand their contacts to someone else so the book keeps getting worked.
