Where billing lives
Plan & billing is in the sidebar and in the menu under your name. It shows the plan, the next charge and date, seats in use, invoices with PDFs, and the card on file. Only an owner or admin can change anything there; brokers can see it. Creo cannot make billing changes or promise a credit — anything that needs a decision goes to a person.
