NOTHING SLIPS
Facreo opens on what is actually late — never-contacted leads and overdue follow-ups, sorted by how long they have been waiting, across the whole brokerage or just your own book.

ONE PLACE
Facreo reads the lead emails your portals already send, brings your existing book across, and sits on top of the email, calendar and phone your brokerage runs today. Nothing here is a roadmap — it is what ships.

Connect your tools
A lead from a portal we have not seen before still becomes a contact — the details are read out of the message and the original is kept, so nothing is lost while we add it properly.
INCLUDED, NOT ADD-ONS
Texting and calling are in the price. No per-message fee. No per-minute fee. No per-user add-on. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance for both, pooled across the whole brokerage — so a quiet agent covers a busy one, and normal day-to-day work never costs extra.
Compared against published list pricing for a leading per-seat real estate CRM, October 2026, at $69 per user per month with calling as a paid add-on. The rows where they are ahead are in the table too — a comparison with no losses in it is not worth reading. Our calling rings your own mobile rather than running in the browser, which is a deliberate choice and not everyone's preference.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Yes. The guided import supports contacts, deals, notes and tasks. Map your fields and values, review duplicates and preview what will be written before you commit the import.
Your plan includes a seat allowance. Adding an agent within that allowance costs nothing extra. Move to a larger plan when your brokerage needs more seats.
No. Start a 30-day free trial without a credit card. Choose a paid plan when you are ready.
No. Facreo is not an IDX provider and does not connect to the MLS. Your listings come in through the importer or are added in Facreo, and they show as last updated rather than as live MLS data.
Email sends from each agent's own mailbox — Gmail or Outlook. One-to-one email leaves immediately, and bulk and sequence email follow shortly after. Texts go out from your business number once its registration is approved. Any message from an agent who hasn't connected a mailbox stays queued until they do. The rest of the CRM works regardless.
No app. Facreo is the dialer and your own phone is the handset. Press call on a contact, or type a number into the dialer in the header, and your mobile rings. Pick up, a voice tells you who you are about to speak to, and then we connect you. The person you are calling sees your brokerage number, never your personal one.
Yes. A call that comes in on your brokerage line rings your mobile and announces itself before connecting — you hear who is calling and press a key to take it. If you do not, it goes to your brokerage voicemail rather than your personal one, so the message and its transcript land on the contact's timeline.
No. Recording is deliberately not switched on: consent rules differ by state and several of the ones a Texas brokerage calls into require everyone on the line to agree. It will arrive with an automatic announcement rather than as a checkbox somebody can quietly tick.
Yes. Workspace exports remain available in read-only states. Disconnecting an integration preserves the records already in your CRM.
Nothing is charged automatically. Choose a plan to carry on. If a payment later fails you keep full access during a grace period, and after that the workspace becomes read-only — you can still see and export everything.
