Roles and who sees what
Owners, admins and brokers see the whole database. Agents see only what is assigned to them plus anything in a lead pool they belong to. ISAs prospect across the database but manage nothing. Lenders see only what is explicitly shared with them. If an agent says a contact has vanished, it is almost always that it was reassigned rather than deleted.
