Getting leads in automatically

Every workspace gets its own private email address. Either change the lead-notification address at the portal, or forward those notification emails to it — both work. Facreo reads the details out of the email, creates or updates the contact, assigns it by your routing rules and adds a follow-up task. Recognised sources include Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, HAR, Zumper, Rent.com, LandSearch and Apartmentlist, plus your own website forms. If a source is not recognised the lead still arrives, just with less parsed out of it. Tell us the source and we will look at adding it.
