Connect your email

Each agent connects their own mailbox, so clients keep seeing mail from you rather than from Facreo. Gmail is the supported mailbox today, using an app password rather than your normal one — Google requires 2-step verification on the account before it will issue one. Microsoft 365 is not switched on yet. Once connected, mail is matched to the right contact automatically and appears on their timeline.
