What actually comes across?+
Contacts with their phone numbers, emails and addresses. Deals with their stage and value. Notes, tasks and tags, each still attached to the person they belong to.
What if their columns are not your columns?+
You map them. Facreo proposes a match for every column and you correct it — and the same for values, so their stage names become yours instead of a second vocabulary you have to learn.
What happens to duplicates?+
They are found and shown to you before the import runs, matched on normalised phone numbers and email addresses rather than exact text. You decide what merges.
What if a row is wrong?+
It is reported, not guessed at. A date that could be read two ways is refused rather than silently imported the wrong way round, and every skipped row comes with the reason.
Can I stop halfway?+
Yes. Setup is saved as you go — close the tab and pick up where you stopped.
