Follow-up sequences
A sequence is a series of steps — emails, tasks, notes, stage changes and assignments — that runs against a contact over days or weeks. You enrol someone from their record or from a segment, and a sequence stops automatically when they reply. Emails go from the enrolled agent's own connected mailbox, so replies come back to them; until that agent has connected one the email waits rather than going out from some Facreo address instead. A step can also be a text, and that one does not send: it is recorded against the contact and stays recorded. Build a sequence on the assumption that its texts are not reaching anybody. Anyone marked do-not-contact, or opted out of that channel, is skipped rather than messaged.
