Calling a contact
Calling from a contact record rings your own mobile first, then connects you. The contact sees your own Facreo line, not your personal number. Two things have to be true before that works, and both are about you rather than the brokerage: your mobile number is saved on your settings page, because that is the phone we ring, and a Facreo line of your own is assigned to you. An agent with no line of their own cannot call at all — the call is refused rather than placed from the brokerage's main number, so that a client ringing back reaches the person who rang them. That is also the answer when there is no dial button anywhere: it appears exactly when a call could be placed, so a brokerage having numbers is not the same as you having one. Ask whoever runs your Facreo account to assign you a line. Your plan includes 250 calling minutes a month for every seat it allows, pooled across the team, and one agent can use up to 600 of them. Minutes are counted the way the carrier bills them, so a call bills the leg that rings your mobile as well as the leg to the contact. Going over does not stop anything and nothing is charged automatically; the published rate is $0.05 a minute. Calling only pauses at 1.5× the allowance, and support can lift it. Calls are not recorded — Facreo does not record or transcribe calls.
